GARNER

Aaron Lee Champion, 35, of Garner passed away suddenly at home on Monday, October 6, 2020.

Aaron owned his own plumbing company and was an avid race car driver. He could be seen at the Wake County Speedway - and all across the State - in Race Car Number 15.

Left to cherish his memory are his Mother and Step-Father, Pam and James Taylor; his daughters, Kayla Champion of Raleigh; Madison Champion of Raleigh, Erin Mallorie Champion of Selma; Gianna Champion of Garner; his girlfriend, Gina Abruzese of Garner; his brothers, Marty Ray Anderson of Garner and Steve Champion II (Jessica) of Raleigh; and one grandchild. Mr. Champion is predeceased by his father, Steve Champion.

The family will receive friends at Montlawn Funeral Home and Cremations on Friday, October 9, 2020 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at the Temple of Pentecost,  2312 Lake Wheeler Road, Raleigh, North Carolina 27603. A graveside service will be held immediately following the funeral service.
