On March 18, 2018, the spirit of Ann S. Murray, 80, took flight from this Earth into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Ann was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother with a gift for loving people and helping anyone she could.  She served the N.C. Dept. of Revenue for 30 years and volunteered with the College Foundation for 4 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Wade and infant son, Randall.

She is survived by her brother, Thomas Stephens, sons, Wendell and wife Beth, Ronnie and wife Denna and David and wife Denise, four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, three nieces and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Montlawn Funeral Home followed by a Celebration of Life at the graveside at 2:00 P.M. in Montlawn Memorial Park.
