Obituary of Arah Langdon
Arah T. Langdon, 90, a native of Benson, NC, passed away on Monday, March 1, 2010 at Britthaven of Smithfield.
The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Montlawn Funeral Home. A graveside Service will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 11:00am in Montlawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. Langdon retired from Champion Products as a seamstress after 20 years of service. She was also an active member at Friendship Baptist Church in Angier, NC.
Arah is survived by her son, Earl Langdon of Clayton; daughters, Betty Myers, and husband Ray of Clayton, Penny Boyette of Scotland Neck, Glenda Sandy, and husband Paul of Clayton; 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Langdon is preceded in death by her husband Chester Langdon; son, Douglas Langdon; daughter Lois Denton.
Flowers are welcome or a memorial contribution can be made to Friendship Baptist Church, 416 Greenleaf Road, Angier, NC 27501.
