Bill Gower 91, went peacefully on Saturday morning, surrounded by his loving family at home.

He was born in Johnston County to the late Walter Exum and Victoria Driver Gower.

He was a great entrepreneur, a man of many talents, and avid gardener. He was a wonderful husband of 66 years to the late Ruth Lee Gower, wonderful father, Papa, Great Grandfather and Pops to many.

He is survived by children Jerry Gower, Craig (Beth) Gower, Allison (Tony) Rhodes, grandchildren Bobby (Ashley) Gower, Brett Gower, Brittney Rhodes and great-grandchildren Taylor, Logan, Austin, and Abby.

Visitation 10am to 11am and Funeral to follow at 11 on Saturday, December 1, 2018, at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel Raleigh NC.
