Obituary of Bobby Vaughan
Bobby Lane Vaughan, 59 of Clayton, passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Rex Hospital.
Born November 22, 1954 in Raleigh, NC, he was the son of the late Floyd Vaughan and Shirley Weatherspoon. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Sherre Marie Edwards.
Bobby is survived by his daughter, Anna Berry Vaughan and future grandbaby; son Joshua Lane Vaughan; brothers, Ruffin and Will Vaughan; sister, Wanda Holcomb; and many nieces and nephews.
Also known as "My Tiger", by his daughter, Anna, Bobby was a great, loving son, father, and friend. He will be remembered as being kind and warm hearted.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel.
Flowers are welcome or donations can be made in memory to Bobby to your local ASPCA.
