Obituary of Brenda Blackwood

Brenda Jones Blackwood, 42, of Benson, died Monday afternoon, December 6, 2010.

Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 - 8 p.m. Wednesday.

A native of Hagerstown, MD, Brenda was born December 12, 1967, the daughter of Thurmon and Mary Jane Mitchell Jones who survive her. She was a bookkeeper with Sam Pickins Insurance Agency until her health declined and she became disabled.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Randy Blackwood; daughter, Trisha Blackwood and a son, Dalton Blackwood, all of Benson; brother, Mike Jones and his wife Carla of Clayton; nephews, David, Dillon and Tucker Jones and her niece, Kara Blackwood.
