Brewster Harrison Mason passed peacefully on March 25th at UNC Clayton surrounded by his loving family.

Brewster was born in Forsyth County to Mary Ann Grant and George Wilson Mason. He leaves behind his wife of 40 years Glenda Jones Mason, daughter Christina Mason. His brother John Mason (Martha) Nephew Grant Mason (Amanda) Sister-in-law Sharon Deese.  He was predeceased by his brother George Mason, brother-in-law Billy Deese and niece Alanda Mae Abarca.

Brewster was drafted after high school into the Army where he served in Vietnam. After returning home he joined the Raleigh Police department where he retired in 2000 after 30 years of service.

Brewster loved the Lord, his family and his Border Collie Widget. He had a way of making people laugh even at their saddest times. He will be truly missed by all who loved and knew him. Heaven has a special Angel now.
