Bryan Scott Jacobsen, 52, passed away suddenly, May 6, 2010 at his home in Clayton, NC.
Bryan was born on July 5, 1957 in Verdon, France to the late Harvey and Barbara Jacobsen. Bryan is survived by his wife, Myra Jacobsen of Raleigh; son, Chad Jacobsen of Greenville, NC; sister, Kathy Baber of Albuquerque, NM; brothers Christopher Harvey Jacobsen of Fayetteville, NC and Steven Jacobsen of St. Paul's, NC.
The family will receive friends from 2-4pm Sunday, May 16, 2010 at Montlawn Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Duke Children's Hospital, Office of Development, 512 South Mangum Street, Suite 400, Durham, NC 27701.
