Carl Bell Hunter

Mr. Carl Bell Hunter, 73, of Raleigh, passed away peacefully surrounded by friends and family November 12, 2008.

A native of Wake County, Carl was born March 22, 1935, to the late Delbert Shields and Valentine Hamilton Hunter.

Carl is survived by his daughters Carla Sue Jones and Cindy Ellis, both of Raleigh; son Carl Arthur Hunter, of Raleigh; sister Doris Daughtery; brother Eugene Hunter; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and his devoted caregiver Virginia Braswell.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday, November 14, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Montlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. prior to the service, at Montlawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park.
