Catherine Jones Deese

Catherine Jones Deese went home to be with her Heavenly Father & Lord on January 27, 2009.

She was welcomed home in glory by her parents Eugene and Mona Jones, her son William Eugene Deese, Sr., and brother John Lewis Jones.

She is survived by her daughter Catherine Ann Cash; grandchildren Pamela Cash, Regina Sullivan, Michael and Yvonne Cash, William Eugene Deese, Jr., Jonathan and Tracy Deese; great grandchildren Joshua Sullivan, Ashley, Blair, and Jameson Cash, Hannah Deese, McKayla and Madison Tart; daughter in law Patricia Deese; and sister in law Rosa Jones.

She is a member of the Ridgecrest Baptist and the Ethel Crabtree Sunday School Class.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, at Montlawn Funeral Home in Raleigh, with Dr. Allen Admire officiating. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at Montlawn Funeral Home.

Catherine spent her life walking with Jesus and sharing him with everyone she met. What a glorious homegoing!
