Catherine R. Pernell, 88 of Raleigh, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2019 at Transitions Lifecare. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday October 30 at Montlawn Funeral Home 2911 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh NC 27603. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 before the service.
