Chantima Betty Ann Klages 57, of Zebulon NC, formerly of Bangkok, Thailand was born on Feb 21, 1964. She unexpectedly departed from us on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. She was affectionately called Betty by friends and family.

Betty was a devoted Wife, Mother, and cherished Nana. She was a hard worker at Pfizer but enjoyed her time off gardening, decorating and spending time with her family. She particularly loved spending every minute she could with her 7 grand-children, whom she adored. She was a beloved member of the Temple of Pentecost for 6 years.

She was preceded in death by her mother Sumalee Shafer and father Ivan Walter Colgin.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband of 36 years, Peter Klages of Zebulon, NC, her daughter Alison McMican and her husband John of Rolesville, NC, her son Jonathan Klages and wife Kristi of Clayton NC, and her 7 grandchildren, Ethan Michael, Madison, Bryson, Ethan John, Lucas, Lacy and Ellie; her sister Mary Rangel and her husband Johnny, and her nephews and nieces Michael and Billie, Andrew and Kaylee, and Chris and Ryanne and their children all of Hobart, OK.
