Charles Willis Evans, 87, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2019 at Transitions LifeCare Hospice Home. He is preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Janie (Hughs) Evans; his wife, Geraldine (Barbour) Evans; his son, Jeffrey Evans; his grandson-in-law, Kevin Allen; his brother, Edward; and his sisters, Irene and Doris.

He is survived by his daughter, Pamela (Evans) Ribeiro; his daughter-in-law, Laurie (Russell) Kemper and spouse Paul Kemper; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Evans) Nicol and spouse Bryan Nicol; Joshua Evans and spouse Kellie (Phillips) Evans; Elijah Evans and spouse Amanda (Smith) Evans; Amy Ribeiro and spouse Zach Lutrario; Samantha (Ribeiro) Pearson and spouse Eric Pearson; Kyle Ribeiro and spouse Danielle (Leverett) Ribeiro; and Jesse Ribeiro.

He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; Oscar and Ivy Allen; Aidan and Connor Nicol; Liam, Rowan, Cedar and Ruby Evans; Adrienne Lutrario; Kelsie Ribeiro; Emmberly Ribeiro; and Scarlett Pearson.

Charles was married to Geraldine on December 29, 1957 and since then he became a wonderful and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. His heart was big and full of love for his family and he would always go out of his way as much as possible to help his family.

He will forever be remembered as a wonderful and loving person who will be dearly missed by all that knew him and loved him.
