Christine Brower, 82, passed away peacefully June 29, 2016 at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hans, Jr. and parents, Fred and Minnie Radford. She is survived by daughters, Rose Tant (Steve) and Cathy Michaelis (John); three grandchildren and four great grandchildren; sisters Frances Lynch and Esther Bordeaux.

She graduated from North Carolina School for the Deaf in Morganton, NC. She was a member of the Deaf Senior Citizens Club and has volunteered for the Deaf/Blind Community. She considered them as part of her close family.

Funeral services to be held at 1:00 pm, Sunday , July 3, 2016 at Montlawn Funeral Home Raleigh, with Pastor Jack Lee officiating. Burial will be 1:30 pm at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Wilmington, NC on July 5, 2016.
