Curtis Dale Tripp, 56, of Bunn passed on June 2, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was born in Raleigh on September 23, 1959 to Billy and Brenda Tripp from Bunn. He graduated from East Wake in 1978. Curtis worked for many years with his family's construction company. Curtis loved the beach, boating, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. Curtis is survived by his wife, Teresa Tripp; daughter, Shannon Rabitz (Michael); two granddaughters, Sydney and Kayla; parents, Billy and Brenda Tripp; brothers, Ashley Tripp (Kristiann) and Dustin Tripp (Amanda); sister, Caroline Tripp (Rickey) and several nieces. Services celebrating Curtis' life will begin with the family receiving friends on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 11:00 am followed by a funeral service at 12 Noon at Montlawn Funeral Home 2911 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh. Interment will be at Montlawn Memorial Park.
