Cynthia A. Finn, 67, of Endicott, NY passed away in her home with family and friends by her side. She was predeceased by her Father, Charles Ruh, Mother Mary, brother Richard, step father Bob Scoville, and husband Joseph Finn. She is survived by her sons Brian and Eric Van Vliet, step children Joseph and Susan, daughters-in-laws, Shannon and Jennifer, four step-grandchildren, sister-in-law Sandra, and many wonderful nieces and nephews. She was well known for diet Cokes from McDonalds, meticulous housekeeping, being a caring and thoughtful friend to many, and honorary nanny to Bella and Livi. She will be placed alongside her eternal soul mate, Joseph Finn, at Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh, NC.
