Dan Platica, 60 of Garner, passed away Saturday morning, August 30, 2014 at Duke Raleigh Hospital.
Born October 3, 1953 in Romania, he was the son of the late Neculai Platica and Neta Ivanovici.
Dan is survived by his wife, Viorica Platica; son, George Platica.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Montlawn Funeral Home.
