Obituary of David Turner

David Benjamin Turner, 87, of Cary, died Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at his home.

Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Memories Mausoleum at Montlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

David was the General Piping Superintendant at the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant, retiring in 1996 and was a Cary resident for over 30 years.

David is survived by his daughter, Patricia Whitefoot and her husband, Heinz of Chapel Hill; son, Ronald Turner and his wife, Patricia of Kansas City, KS; grandchildren, Codi and Jessi Turner of Kansas City, KS, Deborah Ann Cosentino of Pittsboro, Mary Elizabeth Jensen, and his great grandson, Collin Sterling Neblett, both of Wilmington.
