Obituary

Delna R. "Dale" Mills, 85, of Raleigh, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 in Raleigh. He was born in Wake County, a son of the late Junius and Novella (Stevens) Mills. He is predeceased by his brothers, Carlton, Jerry and Ronald.

Dale served in the US Army and the National Guard. He was an avid deep sea fisherman and enjoyed his time at Atlantic Beach. Dale owned and operated his own Auto Body Shop and enjoyed going to auctions and remodeling cars.
He is survived by his nephew, Jamie Mills, and his family out of Mooresville.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, July 30, 2022, at Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh.
