Donald E. Carroll, 72, of Raleigh, went to his Heavenly home on January 25, 2019. He is survived by his loving wife Patsy Bullock Carroll; daughters Angela Carroll (Erin), Tonya Nesselroade (Chris) and Tammy Bowers (Brian); grandchildren Roxie Packer, Samantha and Kaley Nesselroade, and Braxton, Bryson and Dillon Bowers.

He is also survived by sisters' Agnes Page, Sophie Jones, Virginia Rogers, Maude Cox; brother Edward "Bud" Carroll, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents James Noah Carroll and Maude Virginia Lynch; sister Lois Moehrman; brothers James Carroll, Lewis Carroll and William "Bill" Carroll.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 at Montlawn Funeral Home on Tuesday January 29 ^th . A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM at the Chapel at Montlawn.
