Donald Edwin Renken
Mr. Donald Edwin Renken, 75, of Morrisville, died April 12, 2009.
A native of Oceanside, NY, Donald was born January 13, 1934, to the late Nicholas and Bertha Dreckmann Renken. He loved spending time with his family and friends in East Northport, NY, where he resided for 30 years. He also loved living in Florida and spent a lot of his time in church where he enjoyed participating and serving as an usher. When he was not with his family or church family he thoroughly enjoyed photography.
Donald is survived by his loving wife Ursula Blank Renken; children James Renken, of Angier, Susan Lightweiss and husband Don, of Raleigh, Barbara Carney and husband Gary, of Willow Spring, and Thomas Renken and wife Jean, of Zebulon; grandchildren Sarah, Kathryn, and Kevin; and a brother Fred Renken.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 16, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., at the Chapel of Memories Mausoleum at Montlawn Memorial Park.
