Donnie "Don" R. Womack was a loving husband to Trudy B. Womack. Don was an amazing Daddy to his two children Cynthia Crawford Raleigh, Sheila Rudder(Brandon) Graham. Don adored his three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was affectionately known as "Pop" & "Papi Don" his three grandchildren Dustin David (Tiffany) Durham Sergio Rudder, Emily Rudder 2- great grandchildren Bryson David, Leah Ferrell.

Don loved belonging to the Masonic Organization. He was a 32nd degree Scottish rite. He was a Shriner. Don was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC. He worked as an Insurance Manage in Kinston, NC for over 40 years he also worked for the Wake County Public School System.
