Obituary of Doris Daughtry

Doris Elizabeth Daughtry, 88 of Raleigh, passed away, Saturday morning, November 15, 2014 at Rex Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

Born in Wake Co., NC, she was the daughter of the late Delbert Hunter and Valentine Hamilton. Doris is survived by her son Terry and wife Iva of Knightdale, two daughters Gail Daughtry Woods and husband Frank of Zebulon and Tammi Daughtry Parrish of Raleigh; grandchildren Kelly and husband Jeremy Ennis of Garner, Holly and husband Brian Martin of Wake Forest, Amy and husband Corey Holcombe of Greer, SC, Matthew Parrish and wife Molly of Clayton, and Adam Parrish of Clayton. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Shane Ennis, Haley and Savannah Martin, Morgan and Erin Long. Doris is survived by her brother Eugene Hunter and daughter Deborah of Knightdale.

Flowers are welcome or donations can be made to a charity of your choice in Doris's name.

The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 pm at Montlawn Funeral Home Monday, November 17, 2014.
