Doris Rebecca "Beckey" Sanders, 90, of Cary died peacefully on September 20, 2019. Beckey was born November 4, 1928. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Dora Merriman.

She was married to the late Doctor George Bullock, the love of her life for 35 years. She was also preceded in death by her second husband, Jim Sanders.

Beckey cherished her family. She was a devoted caregiver and could always be found knitting dishcloths for others. She loved to write and receive letters from friends and enjoyed games, especially Scrabble.

Beckey had a love for the Lord and was actively involved at every church she attended, most recently, First Baptist Church of Cary.  She was also involved in Happy Hearts and the XYZ Club.  She was married to the love of her life for 35 years and cherished her family.  Beckey was a devoted caregiver and could always be found knitting dishrags for others.  She loved to write and receive letters from friends and family and enjoyed games, especially Scrabble.  If you knew Beckey, you knew she loved Jesus and she was not afraid to share His Word.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Annas and son, Randy Bullock; grandchildren, Tina Walton (Tim), David Annas (Paula), Darrell Annas (Shannon), Justin Bullock and Audra Bullock; great-grandchildren: Lyda, Jake, Caitlin, Victoria, Kylie (Moe), Kevin, Kayden and Kinsley; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Monday September 23, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Cary,218 S Academy St, Cary, NC 27511.  The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Church. Interment to follow at Montlawn Memorial Park, 2911 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh.
