Born at home in McMechen, WV to Clyde C. and Alma Fette Anderson,

Dorothy is survived by 2 very dear and special nieces; Rose Ann Hull of Georgetown, SC, Betty Thomas of Springfield, MO; sons, John P. Wanchock, Jr. and Cheryl Nichols of Raleigh, David M. Wanchock and wife June of Garner, Raymond E. Wanchock of Garner; daughter, Sue W. Lithgo and husband Joseph of Cary; grandchildren, Chris Wanchock of Raleigh, Jill W. Cottengim of Garner, Nicole W. Sewell of Newnan, GA; 5 great grandchildren, Madison Wood, Trey Wood of Newnan, GA, Jordan Wanchock of Raleigh, Laney Cottengim, Logan Cottongim of Garner; grandcat, VooDoo.

Visitation will be held at Montlawn Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00pm, Thursday, February 4, 2010. A graveside service will be held at Montlawn Memorial Park at 3:00pm, Friday, February 5, 2010.
