Dorothy Moore Castleberry, 95, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Rex Rehabilitation Care Center. A native of Johnston County, she was the daughter of Effriet and Octavia Moore. She was a member of Holland's United Methodist Church for many years.

She was preceded I death by her husband Holt Castleberry.

Surviving are her sister, Anne Powell of Raleigh; sister-in-law, Mary Lib Moore of Raleigh; nephew, Dr. David Powell and wife Donna of Raleigh.

The family wishes to thank the caregivers at Rex Rehab. for their love, care and concern for Dot during the last six years of her life.

A private family graveside service will be held at Montlawn Memorial Park. Arrangements are held by Montlawn Funeral Home.
