Obituary of Elaine Hotter

Elaine Florence Hotter, 77, of Cary, died Wednesday morning at her home.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Elaine was born April 5, 1933, the daughter of the late Roman and Helen Cieslinski. She was a retired Administrative Assistant with North Carolina State University and attended St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Cary. Elaine was also a proud breast cancer survivor of 15 years.

Elaine is survived by her children, Thomas Joseph Hotter and his wife Missi of Yorkhaven, PA, Eileen Mary Hotter of Cary, Joseph Frank Hotter and his wife Mimi of Lyon, France and Jo Anne Marie Hotter of Cary. Elaine is also survived by her beloved Labrador Retrievers, Molly and Bailey. She was preceded in death by her son, John Gerald Hotter.
