ANGIER Emma Marcom Franklin, 94, died Monday, May 11,2020 in Angier , NC. Emma was born the daughter of Arthur and Lassie Marcom in Wake County, NC. She retired from Pine State Creamery in Raleigh, N.C.

She leaves behind her loving family; son Mike Franklin and wife Beth, grandchildren; Walker Franklin, Barrett Franklin and wife Kathleen, Hunter Franklin and wife Whitney, great-grandchildren; Sullivan and Brooks.

In addition to her parents , Emma was preceded in death by her husband Presley Franklin, great-granddaughter; Eloise Bell Franklin, sisters; Arlene Williams, lla Mae Clark, Evelyn McGuirt and Mary Clark; brothers Claude Marcom, Robert Marcom and Tommy Marcom.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staff at Oak Hill Assisted Living Center and Heartland Hospice for their wonderful and compassionate care.

A Celebration of Life service will be held in the near future.
