Obituary of Enice Williams

Enice Carder Williams, 80, of Garner, passed away Wednesday morning, April 10, 2013 at UniHealth PAC of Raleigh, N.C.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Friday, prior to the service.

A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 12, 2013 at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel. A private inurnment will be at Montlawn Memorial Park at a later date.

Born December 30, 1932 in Orlando, FL, Enice was the daughter of the late Lorena Partin. In addition to her parents, she was recently preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Wally Williams. She graduated from Orlando Junior College and moved to North Carolina with Wally to start a family, making Raleigh a home for nearly 20 years. She was very active in the neighborhood garden club and served for many years as a scout leader. After her husband retired, Enice and Wally moved to Pine Knoll Shores, NC to enjoy golfing and socializing with friends. Enice was a creative homemaker and enjoyed gardening and feeding birds. She will be remembered as a dedicated and loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed.

Enice is survived by her son, Lee Williams and wife Pat of Cary; daughter, Brenda Williams Wynne of Raleigh; grandchildren, Seth Williams, Rebekah Williams, and Nathan Wynne.

Flowers are welcomed or memorial contributions may be made in memory of Enice to a charity of your choice.
