Obituary of Erleen Bridges

Erleen Bridges, 86, passed away Thursday morning, August 19, 2010 in Celebration, Florida.

Family will receive friends Sunday, August 22nd from 6-8pm at Raleigh First Church of the Nazarene, 1329 U.S. 70, Garner, NC. Services will be held at the church, Monday, August 23rd at 11am. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park.

Erleen served over 30 years at Dorthea Dix Hospital, holding many positions including Administrative Assistant. She is survived by her loving children, Dianne Howard, husband David, Bobby Bridges, wife Bonnie, Peggy Jones, husband Mac, Mike Bridges, wife Doris and Dona Thomas, husband Tink; 22 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren, and her beloved pets, Missy and Millie. She is preceded in death by her husband in 1987 after 45 years of marriage, Clifton Tolar Bridges; son, Jack Bridges; daughters, Barbara Watkins and JoAnn Canady.

Erleen was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother who held her family dear to her heart.
