Eva Warner Jones, 96, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 12, 2023. She was born in Bladen County to Molton Elijah and Johnnie Roberta Warner. She spent most of her life as a member of the Swift Creek Community and graduated from Cary High School.

She loved the Word of God and was a faithful prayer warrior. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Russell P. Jones and daughters Mary Jo Franklin and Rebecca Jean Jones. She is survived by her daughters Marilyn Jaime (Greg), Susan Lee (Jerry), Amy Jones and son, Alan Jones, 6 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 on Friday, October 20 at The Shepherds Church, 6051 Tryon Rd. Cary, NC. The family will receive
guests at the church from 10:00 until 10:45. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park.
