Obituary of Evalee Adams
Evalee Ruth Adams, 82, of Raleigh, passed away Sunday morning, March 17, 2013 at Hospice of Wake County.
A Funeral Service will be held 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Rick Billingsley.
The family will receive friends 2-3 p.m., Wednesday, March 20, 2013 prior to the service.
Born September 15, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Cecil J. Smith and Eva Smith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Louis Adams, and her daughter, Bernadine Eddy. She was a member of the Walnut Street Church of Christ in Cary.
Survivors include her son, Jon Jennings and his wife Sharon; granddaughter, Joni Faison; and great-granddaughter, Adele Faison.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Ruth's name to American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058-5216.
