Frances Phillips Randolph, 91, of Raleigh, passed away on Saturday October 15, 2022. She was born in Wake County, a daughter of the late Edgar Phillips, Jr. and Emma Mclean.

Frances worked most of her life as a legal secretary and in recent years before her health declined, she worked for the US Postal Services. She loved making ceramics.

Frances is survived by her three children: Kathy Richendollar (Dennis), Don Macon Jr. (Linda),  and David Macon; grandchildren: Donald III (Michelle), Joshua and Jeremy.

The family has requested a private service graveside service.
