Obituary of Gene Westbrook
Gene Westbrook, 80, of Raleigh passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2014 after a long and courageous battle with heart disease.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Eloise; five children, Carol Stephenson, Curtis Westbrook, Wanda Westbrook, Tony Westbrook and Michael Westbrook; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He will be remembered as being a hard worker, his willingness to help others, his zest for life and his smile and unique sense of humor. He loved his family and he loved God. He was truly one of a kind.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
