George (Jorge) Carcamo aged 92, passed away July 19, 2024 in Raleigh, N.C. Born in Chile, George spent his later years in Raleigh, NC where he was known for his warm spirit and artistic talents.

A novice painter, George left behind a collection of beautiful paintings, each piece a testament to his passion for art and beauty. His love extended beyond the canvas; he was deeply committed to helping people in need and had a profound affection for all animals. His family particularly his late wife, Marta, held a special place in his heart and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him.

George is survived in death by his three children: Pamela Coates (Robert) of Virginia, Jorge Carcamo (Karen) of North Carolina and Lorena Sanderford (Danny) of North Carolina. He had 6 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents George was preceded in death by his brothers, sisters and his beautiful wife Marta of 50 tears.
