Geraldine McDaniel Hagemann
Geraldine McDaniel Hagemann, 85, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family Tuesday evening, September 16, 2008.
A native of Jones County, she was born March 20, 1923 to the late Robert and Rebecca McDaniel. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her favorite times were those spent with her husband and their family.
Mrs. Hagemann is survived by her children Henry Ray Hank Hagemann, Jr. and wife Debby, Rebecca Becky Strole and husband Norm, and Dale Leon Hagemann and wife Tricia, all of Raleigh; grandchildren Todd Hagemann and wife Barbara, Thad Hagemann and wife Kim, Ray Hagemann and wife Natalie, Shay Trango and husband Ralph, Sarah Clarady, Christy Britt and husband Ben, Philip Strole, and Cody Hagemann; and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Ray Hank Hagemann, Sr.
A memorial service will be held Friday, September 19, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at Carolina Pines Baptist Church 2655 S. Saunders St., Raleigh, NC 27603. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Liberty Homecare and Hospice, 5017 Memory Rd., Suite 103, Raleigh, NC 27609.
