Obituary of Henry Moore

Henry McDonald Moore, 76, of Raleigh, died Wednesday morning, June 9, 2010 at his home.

A Graveside Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Montlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at Montlawn Funeral Home from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. Friday prior to the service.

A native of Halifax County, Henry was the last surviving child of the late Leroy and Elizabeth Gray Moore. He was a retired electrician with International Paper, an avid fisherman and skilled wood craftsman.

Henry is survived by his wife, Linda Kelly Moore; children, Teresa Moore of Four Oaks, Debbie Hodge of Virginia, Danny Moore of New Bern, Kristy Martel of Raleigh and three grandchildren, April Hodge, Hannah Martel and Ty Peppers.
