Iris Aliss Ramos Prudente, 38, of Raleigh, passed away June 8, 2019.  She is preceded in death by her father, Rodrigo Ramos Ibarra and two brothers, Jose Petatan Prudente and Gilberto Mendoza Prudente.  Iris is survived by her mother, Adelfa Prudente Hernandez, her partner Fernando Reyes Ventura, and daughter Jamie Janeth Reyes Ramos.  She also leaves behind three brothers; Gabriel Petatan Prudente, Oscar Mendoza Prudente, Omar Ramos Prudente and two sisters, Laura Mendoza Prudente and Rossibel Ramos Prudente.

Iris was happy all the time and liked to shine.  She was always telling jokes and laughing, and was also hard working.  She liked cooking and cleaning.

A visitation will be held Thursday, June 13 at 3:00 PM at Montlawn Funeral Home, 2911 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh, with a funeral service at 4:00 PM and burial to follow in Montlawn Memorial Park.
