Raleigh, North Carolina - Jack Redyn Wilson, 82, passed away on Sunday August 13, 2023 at Transitions – Hospice Care in Raleigh, NC. He was born in Kinston, N.C., son of the late Elsie Moore Wilson and John Wilson.

Jack grew up in Kinston, graduating from Grainger Senior High School. He then moved to Raleigh to begin his career with First Citizens Bank. He was an avid NC State fan. He also attended St. John's Baptist Church on Oberlin Road in Raleigh, NC.
He is survived by his wife, Marsha W. Wilson of Raleigh; son, Sean Wilson (Debra) of Wake Forest; 3 nieces, 1 nephew,1 great niece, 4 great great nieces and 4 great great nephews.

The family of Mr. Wilson will be holding a visitation service on Monday, August 21, 2023 at 11:00 am at Montlawn Funeral Home at 2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC. There will be a graveside service to follow thereafter
