James William Boykin, 59, passed away on April 26, 2017. He was born in Wake County on January 17, 1958 to James Willie Boykin and Ruth Roberts Boykin. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Fad Cash, Charles Cash, Dan Cash and good friend Mike Gordon.
He leaves to cherish his memory daughter Jamie Boykin, son James Boykin, Jr. and wife Elizabeth; granddaughter Madalyn Sorensen, former spouse Lynda Miller; brothers Jeff Cash and wife Joyce, John Boykin, Joe Boykin and wife Anne; sisters Faye Hight, Diane Merritt, Vicki Leonard, sister-in-law Kay Cash and friend Betty Poole.
The family will receive friends Saturday, April 29, 2017
10:00 - 11:00 at Montlawn Funeral Home and other times at the home. Funeral service April 29 at 11:00 at Montlawn with Jerry Hundley officiating.
