Jean Johnson Jones passed away on Monday, November 18, at the age of 88. She was born on January 16, 1936, at Rex Hospital to Jack and Erma Lee Price from Holly Springs, NC.

She is survived by her son, Phillip G. Jones, and wife, Lori; daughter, Gina Jones Hales; grandchildren, Reagan Jones Tice (Will), Amber Jordan(Alex), and Daniel Hales II; great-grandchildren Luciano and Giovanni; and her nieces and nephews whom she loved. She is predeceased by her parents and an infant son, Michael Johnson.

She graduated from Fuquay High School and attended Hardbarger Business School in Raleigh. She began her career working for the State of North Carolina and later joined Williams and Haywood Real Estate. She continued her real estate career with York Properties, serving in a variety of roles for over 30 years before she retired. She was especially grateful to Dr. Joe Tooley, who helped her over many years, and to her children's father, David Jones, for all of his help and support.

Her joy came from music, dancing, and being at the beach, however, her greatest joy came from spending time with her family.
