Obituary of Jerome Hayes
Jerome Hayes, 76, died Monday evening at William Dunlap Hospice Center in Raleigh. He was a native of Camden, SC and was born August 8, 1937 to Elmore and Elsie Jones Hayes. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed riding his bicycle. He enjoyed visiting the Senior Center and loved being with his family especially his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife of over 30 years, Margine Franks Hayes.
Surviving are his children, Lora Leach, Jeffrey Hayes and Jerome Hayes, Jr.; grandchildren, Learah Leach, Jaya Leach, B.J. Hayes, Ariana Hayes, Joslyn Hayes, Emanual Hayes.
A funeral service will be held 3:00 pm Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel.
