Jerry W. McLaughlin

Jerry Wayne McLaughlin, 61, died Friday, December 12, 2008 at Duke University Medical Center.

Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 -8 p.m. Monday.

A native of Wake County, Jerry was a retired driver with Standard Trucking Company.

He is survived by his daughters, Dawn Taylor of Garner, Christie Harding (Bob) of Angier, Gerri McLaughlin of Hillsborough and their mother, Gloria McLaughlin of Garner; sister, Paulette Johnson of Raleigh and her husband Ronnie of Willow Spring; grandchildren, Jeffrey and Brittany Taylor and his niece and nephew, Crystal Hopper and Kyle Johnson.
