Obituary of Jody Perry

Jody Moore Perry, 41, of Garner, passed away Thursday morning, October 20, 2011.

A Funeral Service was held 1:00 p.m. Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at Montlawn Memorial Park.

Born January 6, 1970 in Wake County, NC, Jody was the son of Herbert Moore Perry, Jr. and Patricia Stephens Perry Dillard.

In addition to his parents, Jody is survived by his children, Amber Nicole Perry, Jordon Taylor Perry, Sydney Grace Perry, and Savanah Faith Perry; grandmother, Pauline Lawrence Habuda; sisters, Kym Robbins, and Mary Angela Perry Loflin; nephews, Daniel Joshua Loflin, and Jacob Aaron Loflin; niece Laura Kristina Loflin; best friend since the age of 5, Ellis Glenn Barden and his family Elizabeth, Tyler and Griffin.

Jody was a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He would always go that extra mile for his family, and was always available when family and friends were in need of a shoulder to lean on. Jody lived life to the fullest and was always on the go as leader of his "Goof Troop"! He will be truly missed by his family and friends.
