Obituary of John Dudley
John Louis Dudley, Sr., 74, of Raleigh, passed away Thursday evening, July 12, 2012 at Hospice of Wake County.
A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 16, 2012 at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 - 8 p.m. Sunday evening.
Born May 15, 1938 in Wake County, NC, Louis was the son of the late John Raymond Dudley and Naomi McGee Dudley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 45 years, Betty Dudley, and sister, Peggy Dudley.
Louis is survived by his son, Johnny Dudley and wife Darla of Wake Forest; grandson, Mitchell Dudley; and granddaughter, Jordan Dudley, both of Wake Forest.
Flowers are welcomed or memorial contributions may be made in memory of Louis to the Hospice of Wake County, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607 or www.hospiceofwake.org/donate.
