Obituary of John Riddle
John L. Riddle
John Lawrence "Johnny" Riddle, 73, of Willow Spring, NC, died Sunday afternoon at his home surrounded by his loving family.
The family will receive friends at Montlawn Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday.
A Service of Remembrance will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2009 at Bramlett Methodist Church in Gray Court, SC. The family will receive friends prior to the service.
A native of Laurens County, SC, John was the retired Vice President of Sales for Tuscarora Yarns with over 25 years service. He was an avid hunter, a genuine "people person" and conversationalist.
John is survived by his wife of 53 years, Alda H. Riddle; son, Stephen Riddle of Fuquay-Varina, NC; daughter, Lynn R. Brown of Mt. Pleasant, SC; brothers, Charles, Bob and Paul Riddle and a sister, Betty Donalds, all of South Carolina.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bramlett United Methodist Church, 2043 Gray Court, SC 29645.
