Obituary of John Sullivan

John Herbert Sullivan passed away on August 30th 2015. He was born on September 9th, 1943 to the late Herbert and Leah D. Sullivan in Durham County NC.

John was retired from CP&L after many years of service. He was the owner of Sullivan cleaning Service. John and his wife Harriett attended Midway Baptist church before his declining health.

The visitation will be held on September 2, 2015 for 1 to 2 pm and the funeral service at 2 pm in the Chapel of Montlawn Funeral Home after which he was interred with Military Honors at Montlawn Memorial Park.

Mr. Sullivan is survived by his loving wife Harriett Narron Sullivan of the home. In addition he is survived by brothers; Wade Sullivan (Sandra) of Selma and David Sullivan (Zelma) of West Virginia; sisters, Linda Horton (Jerry) of Selma and Rita Ellington (Wayne) of Clayton.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Joan Ray and a brother, Wayne Sullivan.
