Obituary of John Wells
John "Buz" Wells, 66 of Surf City, formerly of Apex died June 2, 2015. He was a US Army veteran who served in Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eva Mae and O.C. Wells and brothers, Calvin Rex Wells and Charles Aubrey Wells.
Survivors include his daughters, Jessica Leigh Wells, Angela Kay Wells; his significant other, Linda Woodlief; sisters, Martha Wells Sullivan and Neil, and Margaret Jedynak; brothers, Frank "Buster" Wells and wife Debbie, and Henry Hobbs; granddaughters, Makala Faircloth, Elizabeth Dean, Megan Calloway; grandsons, Noah Jon'and Caleb Calloway and a host of special nieces and nephews; and his beloved "SeaView Pier" family.
A celebration of his life will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Montlawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Johnny Rivera officiating. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.montlawn.com
