Obituary of Jolie Krumm

Jolie Lynn Harkness Krumm, 47, went to be with her Lord on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014.

She was a devoted and loving wife and an exceptional mother. She was a woman of great strength and courage maintaining a positive attitude throughout her seven year battle with cancer.

She received her Bachelor of Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. Jolie was a registered nurse with Rex Hospital for 17 years and was very passionate about her nursing career that included three mission trips to Equador.

Surviving are her husband of 20 years, William "Bill" Krumm; son, Justin Krumm and daughters, Jordan and Jamie Krumm; parents, Robert and Diane Harkness of Raleigh; sister, Holly Rogers and husband Richard and nieces, Emily and Jessica Rogers and nephew, Alex Rogers of Sacramento, CA; uncle, Frank Mohr of Burlington, WY.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 11 am Thursday at St. Mary's Mother of the Church Catholic Church in Garner. The family will receive friends from 10:30am- 11:00 am prior to the service.
