Allie Josephine Cash Turner, age 89, passed away peacefully at Windsor Point Retirement Center on December 14, 2022 in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Josephine was born in Butner, NC on August 1, 1933. She is survived by her stepson, L. J. Turner; granddaughter, Andrea Jo Turner; and grandson, Adam Turner. Josephine was predeceased by her husband, Alonzo "Bud" Turner, and her parents, Allie Cash and Alma Chappell, brothers William Cash and Phillip Cash, and sisters Nelly Gruesome and Dorothy Barnett. Josephine was a dining stewardess for most of her career. She enjoyed gardening, collecting fine china & specialty plates, listening to country western music, and watching the Andy Griffith show in her retirement years.

Family visitation and Committal service is at 3pm at Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh, NC on December 22, 2022.
